SnowBall Cookies

These melt in your mouth SnowBall cookies are heavenly, and still to date one of my very favorite christmas cookie recipes! I have to warn you though.. once you eat one you might end up eating the entire plate. YES they're that good!!

• 1 1/2 cups butter

• 3/4 cups powdered sugar

• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 3 cups flour

• 10 oz. white chocolate chips

• powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop tablespoons of dough and shape them into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from over sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
