PB Cadbury Christmas Cookies

These yummy little bites are the perfect Christmas treat! These cookies are not only puffy and thick, but they come together in a pinch! Have some festive fun in the kitchen with your kids or bake these ahead of time and bring them to your next Christmas party!

Ingredients:

1/2 c butter softened

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c peanut butter

1 large egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 c sugar for rolling

makes 3o cookies

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350

Mix butter and sugars until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla, and peanut butter and blend until smooth.

Add in flour, baking soda, and salt and blend until flour is just incorporated.

Roll into balls about the size of 1 tbsp.

Roll each ball in sugar.

Bake for 7 min.

Top with chocolates while the cookies are warm. Yum!
