The Best Caramel Popcorn

This 5 star caramel popcorn recipe has been in my family for years! During the holiday season my family and I like to spend time together watching classic Christmas movies while enjoying this delicious treat. A big bowl of this gooey caramel popcorn is perfect for a cozy night in with the family!

• 2 Tbs butter

• 1/4 cup light corn syrup

• 1/4 tsp vanilla

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

• 2 1/4 qt popped popcorn (6 cups)

In a sauce pan combine butter, sugar, and syrup. Stir over medium heat bring to a boil. Stir in condensed milk simmer stirring constantly until mixture becomes a soft ball stage. Remove pan from heat and add vanilla. Pour over popcorn stir until coated.
