Steffi's Oatmeal Cookies

The world's best oatmeal cookie recipe! These cookies are a family favorite and requested by so many! I love adding a few butterscotch chips to the dough during the fall time, but these cookies are yummy as is with just the oats. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup butter softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3 cups oatmeal

Instructions:

Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla mix until fluffy.

Add all dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated.

Freeze dough balls for 20-30min.

Bake at 350 for 7-8 mins. Enjoy!
