Peanut Butter Cookies

This easy peanut butter cookie recipe will quickly become your favorite! These cookies are soft, thick, and delicious! The perfect go-to cookie for the holiday season or anytime you want to whip up a sweet treat.

Ingredients:

1/2 c butter softened

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c peanut butter

1 large egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 c sugar for rolling

makes 3o cookies

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350

Mix butter and sugars together until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla, and peanut butter and blend until smooth.

Add in flour, baking soda, and salt and blend until flour is just incorporated.

Roll into balls about the size of 1 tbsp.

Roll each ball in sugar.

Bake for 7 min.

Top with chocolates while the cookies are warm. Yum!
